Beware! Amazon can't tell the AGP from the PCI version of this video card. I ordered the AGP version but the card they sent actually was the PCI version even though the packing receipt and the Amazon label on the box said it was AGP. I had to contact Sapphire to confirm that Amazon sent the wrong item and could easily have damaged the card or my computer if I had trusted Amazon. Worse still, the numerous "customer service" agents I spoke with and emailed didn't do anything but annoy me and I wound up wasting my time and money to send the wrong card back to Amazon. Buyer beware!

Installed card and installation went well with vista home premium, however about 2 days after installation I by checked on the card and noticed it has stopped spinning, luckily I had an old video card with the same size fan which I was able to install, but it is not as quiet s the original card

They sent me the wrong version... I needed this one without the express slot, and I got the newer one with the express slot. They told me they were out when I mentioned it to them and they said to send it back but I had to pay for shipping and handling...not rocking. I bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas.... he never was able to use it. We went to Fry's and picked up another one instead.
