Plain and simple, this is a collection of great songs from Sara's debut album. They're all well-crafted songs with great lyrics, strong hooks, and written from a unique perspective. I'm very much looking forward to her next album.

5.0 out of 5 stars You Can't Go Wrong With Sara Bareilles, October 16, 2011
This review is from: Sara Bareilles - Little Voice - Piano/Vocal/Guitar Artist Songbook
This piano book is fairly difficult but worth the effort. She has an unusual style that stretched my skill in a good way.
All of her songs are enjoyable and popular. As a piano teacher, 60, I feel it is important for me to stay up with the music of today and not bore my students. Sara B is the way to go!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent pop/rock unorthodox singer songwriter., January 9, 2010

This review is from: Sara Bareilles - Little Voice - Piano/Vocal/Guitar Artist Songbook
An untrained musician which makes interpreting her music, oh so much more difficult. Piano work very creative. Guitar work is reasonably good. Voice is outstanding. Besides the hit, "Love Song"(not gonna write you one, in response to her producer demanding one", there are better songs on the CD; such as: "Between The Lines", "Gravity", "Morningside"(great use of the piano) and "One Sweet Love". Catch her on You Tube, singing with Weezer on the Jimmy Kimmel show, a song called: "If You're Wondering If I Want To, I Want To". A strange combination, but it works quite well. Also she is in concert on the new "Palladia" cable channel, 332 on Directv, $5 extra/month for 5 HD channels. All concerts of your favorites, all in HD.
