5.0 out of 5 stars When Sarah plays live, she's at her best, July 2, 2000

This 1994 concert video of Sarah McLachlan is beyond words. Sarah and her band confidently perform to a sold-out crowd in Montreal where Sarah is highly respected. Besides the amazing concert, this is an interview with Sarah and her long-time friend and producer Pierre Marchand, along with in-studio sessions as well. An intimate look into one of the most amazing singers. Well done, Sarah!

4.0 out of 5 stars Damn Good!, June 13, 1999

I really liked this video, although the sound could have been better. I absolutely loved the versions of "Home", "Wait", "Ice", and "Fumbling Towards Ecstasy". It was also a really nice 'touch' to have this filmed in Montreal. Even with its flaws, FTE, Live is an experience you'll never forget.

Having seen Sarah Mclachlan in concert at Lilith Fair and watched the Mirrorball video, it's interesting to see an earlier performance. She looks like a different person; minimal makeup, long curly hair, dowdy clothes, a chubby figure. But her voice is just the same, and it's great to hear different live versions of her better songs, as well as to see the live studio and interview segments of this video.
