For the record - as I'm sure few Obama-drones know this - Palin never said these words. (The actual quote was "They're our next-door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska." - which is a correct statement.) Gotta make it up - too hard to find real dumb Republican quotes, I guess.
