This review is from: The Sardine Diet (Paperback)
"The Sardine Diet" is a simple and well meaning book that urges one to stick with Fish, Green Vegetables, Fruits, Legumes, and Water. The effects of this regime will result in muscle gain, fat loss (adipose tissue), improved memory, etc.

This is all pretty good advice, but it cannot be considered complete and without some risk of Mercury poisoning, which is difficult to gauge in todays world, and of course the mundane daily consumtion of the same thing.

Perhaps a more varied approach that covers hundreds of types of natural, whole, and/or raw foods will be easier for humans to stick with, and at the same time cover all of our bases instead of trying to limit ourselves to just a few of the great bounties that Mother Nature has bestowed upon us.

This is an alright publication and is worth looking into, but gives only a partial answer to the seemingly impossible question. Another interesting book to read about is Jonny Bowdens "150 Healthiest Foods", but there are many others as well that all point in the same general direction.
