Strictly for those who enjoy happy euro-dance music...,

This review is from: Sarina Paris (Audio CD)
The main difference between the Sarina Paris album and last year's 'Who Needs Guitars Anyway?' by Alice Deejay is that 'Who Needs Guitars...' actually had a lot more variety; but I'm not completely counting out Sarina Paris yet - and you shouldn't either."Baby Look At Us" is a wonderful song, and so is the rest of this album; please believe me when I say that every track on here could be a radio hit on it's own - I really mean that. The only problem is that after about the first five tracks, you may start to feel the same way you might feel after eating way too many sugary sweets (trust me). Therefore, I strongly suggest that you listen to Sarina Paris only in small doses. However, I do think the Sarina Paris album would provide excellent background music on a summer road trip to Vegas or something. Standout tracks include a dance remake of Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" and track #3, "So I Wait". Gotta love that voice... Thanks for reading. C.H.R.

Look at HER now...,

Since "Look at us" first started playing on national radio stations last summer, I was instantly hooked on Sarina Paris and her music. Now, almost a year later, after waiting soooo long the album has FINALLY come onto the shelf of my local music store(s).Make no mistake, if you liked "Look at us" and "Just about enough" you WILL enjoy and want to move to the other tracks on the album. Really more POP than DANCE or TECHNO, Sarina will entrance you with her hypnotic and beautiful (if a bit high on some tracks =) voice, crystal clear (read: understandable) vocals, and a constant steady beat. To be honest, Sarina herself makes the CD... All in all, and amazing bubbly (but a good kinda bubbly =) hypnotic and engulfing CD that should keep you listening the whole way through, all day long =) GO GET IT NOW!...

Like most of you, I first was amazed with Sarina Paris's first single "Look At Us". It wasn't until her second single "Just About Enough" that I relized how talented she was and how great and catchy her songs are. Don't be bitter about all her songs having that robotic transformation of her vocals, because I know she had to be smiling when she recorded every song because when I listen to her songs it makes me feel warm inside. All of her songs are dance friendly yet have great pop lyrics to them. 1.) Look At Us (3:29) = This is her very first hit and I'm sure there will be more to come because every track on this album are ten times stronger and better than this track. Don't get be wrong because I have a passion for this song too, but "look at us" is not nearly as good as most of the other songs on here. 2.) You (3:56) = This is another very catchy song and I love the way her voice sounds so fast and blends in with the beat. This song has great and catchy lyrics. 3.) So I Wait (3:01) = I really like this song because it actually has a bit of Sarina's real voice as she sing "My Momma used to tell me that patients is a virtue". 4.) Just About Enough (3:45) = This is Sarina's second single and is just as hot a "Look At Us". I think this song is a bit stronger than "Look At Us" and has an even better dance beat. 5.) Love In Return (3:10) = Another great song with catchy lyrics. This song has a great summer feel to it and is very sweet. 6.) True Colors (3:50) = This is the only ballad on the album and is probably one of the weekest tracks because you can totally tell that Sarina's voice is all computerized. Its a pretty good ballad but its not one of the strongest songs on this album. 7.) Angel (3:25) = This is by far my favorite track on this album it has everything from A to Z. It has a great beat, catchy lyrics, its sweet, and makes another great summer song. 8.) Dreamin' Of You (3:18) = This song sound like a lulliby and has a great beat. This is also a great dance song like most of the other songs on this album. 9.) The Single Life (3:36) = This song reminds me of a serious club song and chillin with friends just knowing the your single and free. 10.) True Love (3:18) = This song has a fierce beat and great lyrics. This song is just a cheerful song that you want to dance to. 11.) Romeo's Dead (3:16) = This song has a great beat but I think the lyrics are a bit on the weak side, but its a great song, maybe not of single quality but this is still a good song. 12.) All In The Way (3:50) = This is a great ending track with a funky beat. This song is very inspirational and modivating, it helps you get through the day. 13.) I Love You (Bonus Track)(6:20) = This is by far the longest track on the album and has a dark feel to it and Sarina's repeats "I Love You" in a breathy voice. This CD is so great I probably have listened to it over 100 dozen times and another 100 dozen times is sure to come right around the corner. I love this CD so much that I can't wait for future follow-ups but until then I will be feelin' this album. Take my word for it you will love this CD long time so I suggest you check it out.
