Directions
To open, squeeze cap tightly and turn pump counter-clockwise. Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a doctor.

I have Lichen Planus and the itch is very annoying. My legs have become very red and sore. I was visiting my mother in law and she saw my legs and offered SARNA, anti itch lotion, to me. At first I didn't want to try anything new because I didn't want to make my problem worse (it has happened before when I tried new products), but the itch was so intense that I would try anything to stop it. I was so happy I tried SARNA, this product is fantastic! It stopped the itch instantly and the effect lasted a long time. I am happy I tried SARNA!! C. Kozel

may work on some skin problems,

It only temporary help my eczema for about ten minutes, I don't know if it helps other skin problems, but if you do get it, stay away form the regular/medicated version because it is almost strong as tiger balm and who use tiger balm all over their body like lotion. It is best to get the sensitive version.
