I was a little put out when I went to the dermatologist with a laundry list of complaints, and for almost every one he just said, "Sarna Ultra." But he was right! Many lotions actually dry your skin. This cream not only moisturizes, but adds a protectant against irritants - and with no funny smell. It's the best!
