I have three cats and work part time at home. Before I got this windoor, my babies were driving me crazy wanting in or out. This windoor has solved my problem. I did buy extra window stripping to ensure good insulation and I train my babies to go in or out by gently pushing them through the door from both direction. Now they're pros!

Love this cat door. Very easy to install. My cats need a platform inside and out to help get through the cat door. Don't waste your time or money with the landing they sell as it does not fit the cat door insert. There has been some trouble with insulating around the insert, but a trip to the hardware store solved that. Overall a really great product.

I bought the 28-33" window sash pet door, and when it came I was taken aback by how solid and well made this thing is. No wonder it is over $100. The 4 way locking is neat and simple to use. The door swings easily.The mechanism to expand it to your window is idiot proof. Definitely does not feel cheap like so many of our products feel these days.

Product was exactly as described. Relatively attractive, as far as pet doors go. It was easy to install and my cats didn't take long to figure it out. I installed this pet door in my laundry room window. I put a cat post we already had under the window so the cats could reach the new cat door. The door leads to a new, outdoor cat enclosure we built when we found out a neighbor planned on trapping any cats they found in their yard and taking them to the pound. I'm sure my cats would rather be using the "old" cat door that leads outside, but this new cat door fits our needs perfectly.

I was impressed by the quality of materials, construction, and ease of installation of this product. I just wish there were instructions on how to convince my 14-yr old cat how to use it, although she was quick to understand that this was her new exit and entrance -- if we hold door flap open for her. Perhaps she doesn't want to give up having personal servants, but it is a great product if you don't want to create permanent holes in your doors.
