This was a fun activity for my kids. We decided to make christmas cupcakes for santa instead of cookies from now on. They really enjoyed customizing the cupcakes.
You have to purchase your own pretzels and it does call for eggs. There are more cupcake wrappers than mix AND you need to buy an extra container of frosting as there is only enough for 7 cupcakes or less in the package. There is a bag full of hot candies, plenty to go around. I pulled out some sugar sprinkles to add a little color. I made a total of 16 cupcakes with the mix, not bad. I paid $9.99 when it was on sale, I wouldn't pay anymore than that. I do like the fact that the instructions was a "story" and easy for the kids to relate. |
