Great Bath Toy,

I bought this for my daughter when she was 8 months old and time to transition her into the "big" bathtub. I knew it was important for her to enjoy her bath and wanted to provide entertainment for her. This is a "must have" for every parent. It has strainers, a stringy sponge, and a "water faucet" that you squeeze to have the water flow. It is wonderful for her because she loves to figure out how things work.

This is a super-cute bath toy. My daughter enjoys putting her toys into the "sink" and then pulling them back out again. She also enjoys playing with the cute accessories that come with this. Love it!

My 2 1/2 year old son LOVES playing with this in the tub. There's so many parts to explore and it floats which fascinates him. I highly recommend it. The only problem may be storage (if you don't have a lot of space in your bathroom) since it's a bit large for a bath toy.

I bought this bath toy for my two year old little boy, because his other bath toys were ready to be retired. This product met all of my expectations with the exception of the product description. The toy is wonderful, but the description made it sound like it did a little more than it actually does. i.e. it takes forever to get water to come out of the squeeze faucett and a few of the toys don't stay on the sink well. However, I do love the mesh basin (kids can put things in and take things out) and the hanging part of the toy (will prevent the toy from mildew). Obviously, the above irritations would not keep me from buying this product again, because I would suggest this for anyone with a busy boy or girl.

I bought this for my 2.5 yo daughter based on the reviews here, and we weren't disappointed. It's a surprisingly fun toy, with a lot of creative, interactive possibilities. (And gee whiz, no batteries, no flashing lights, no annoying beeping!) My daughter got excited about it right away. I've since bought another as a gift.

My kids like it,

Both my nearly 4 year old an 11 month old like to play with this toy-- although they don't really play with the sink part much (just the accessories). The cup with the holes on the bottom gets most of their interest. The faucet parts are pretty useless. They use the sink part mainly to contain other floating toys in the bath water so they don't drift away.

My 8 month old really likes this toy. There are lots of things to do. Granted, he doesn't do what was meant to be done with it, but he likes to suck on and chew the scrubber, pour with the cup thingies, throw toys into the net. He has a ball! I hang it from the shower to dry while the tub is being used by someone else with it's built in hook.

When my daughter suddenly went from loving her baths to hating them, I searched for ways to engage her in bathtime again. I looked up a lot of different toys before finally settling on this one. As soon as we introduced it, we saw a complete turn around. She loves getting into the bathtub and playing with her kitchen! This toy has been a huge help. That being said, here are a few things I dislike about it:
- The faucet is designed to squeezed and draw water up from the bottom and through. However, it's somewhat hard to actually use and takes several pumps before water starts flowing. My daughter has completely given up on it. - Two different straining cups is a little unnecessary. The attached one just gets in the way and she never uses it. - The scrubby brush soaks up water and stays wet a long time. I have to squeeze it out really hard because I'm concerned about mold and other gross things growing on it - It's designed to hang from the shower head, but the hook area is too small. We have to wedge it on and it doesn't stay against the wall, but keeps slipping down. |
