Sassy Earth Brights Wooden Baby's Loved Ones Toy

Sassy makes very cute and compelling baby toys and I love that the new Earth Brights line as we are trying to reduce the amount of plastics we buy. Babies love to see photos of family, and this toy is a great way to present photos to young children. However, there are only slots for 3 photos, compared to 6 in Sassy's vinyl and plastic version. So, I would give Sassy 5 stars for using renewable wood and fabric, but only 3 stars for this specific product.

We bought this product for our youngest child to bring to the babysitters for the first time. This way she can bring the family with her during this transition. This product is beautifully crafted. The only thing I would recommend doing is cutting cardboard for the second two photo places to keep the photos from bending.

My 6 month old daughter really likes this picture book. We have photos of all her favorite people - Mommy & Daddy, baby, Auntie & Uncles & Grandparents in it. She loves to turn the pages and chew on the pages. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the felt-like material is pilling just a bit where she chews on it.
Definately recommend. Fun & cute!

When my daughter was 8 months old, my husband deployed to Iraq so I bought two of these and filled them up with pictures of him. She loved it and often slept with the pictures. I think it really helped her when he came home and she was almost 2. She recognized him right away!

I wanted to like this and will say that it is pretty cute. The idea is great also. But my daughter just never got into this toy and it was rarely used. The pictures get pretty wrinkled but that is just the nature of the toy as well. It seems to be made well and is non toxic.

These are great. We were looking for an environmentally friendly alternative to the bright starts plastin picture holder as is smelled up the entire room with toxic chemical plastic odors. This one doesn't smell at all and although a tad bit diffficult to get the 4x6 picturesin at first, so worth it!

I like this book because my baby can see photos of us and touch them. Then when I am looking at photos I don't want him to touch he can play with his photo book.

I like the album, but its only three pages and the pages are one-sided (instead of two sided like the soft Gund albums). So, the capacity really is just three 4x6 photos and it's sort of a tight squeeze to get them in.

I do like that it's earth friendly and that there is some textural interest in the leaves and ring. The colors are very nice and cheerful.

Because it holds so few photos, I think it's best suited for a very young child.

This item is just what I wanted! My sister lives several states away so I'm giving this to my nephew for Christmas so he can see his family every day!

I put a picture of me, my husband, and mom in here. At first my daughter was just interested in looking at the pictures. Then she started grabbing them and batting at them. Now she loves chewing on the different textured leaves and frames. This is a really cute toy. It is easy to swap different 5x7 pictures in and out, but the baby is not yet at the point where she can take them out yet, and doubt she will be able to for a while. I hook it up to the jumperoo with links and she plays with it there. I also put it on the baby gym a few times. You could hook it to links to the carseat. The options are endless.
