This book takes you through the entire process of starting up a business. It has exercises to help you figure out what business style will work for you, how to do research, marketing...etc. It is motivating and inspirational. I recommend this book to anyone thinking about a business. Even current business owners will find this book insightful.

This book is a perfect fit for women inspired to start their own business and maintain work life balance. The chapters are easy to follow and packed full of information and tools to use to get you up and going and have fun while you are doing it.

As a successful entrepreneur for over 15 years, I too enjoyed the book. It both confirmed what I had done to build my business as well as gave me new ideas and insights for doing some things differently going forward.

I wish this had been around when I started...it is truly inspirational!

This truly is a "tool kit" and will help men and women! These women didn't write a book about how "they" started a business; they actually help YOU start YOUR business!! It is a MUST have if you're starting or have just started your own business. And these wonderful women are willing to help you via emails and their blog! I've read a ton of business books and I must say this is a VERY complete toolkit for anybody's business. I love the content, format, tools, exercises and the writing style is fun. It's also a quick read for people who want to implement immediately!

I love this book! It is filled with practical advice, exercises and references for all aspects of starting a new business. Starting a new business should be exciting, and the Sassy Ladies have simplified the process and made it fun.

If you are considering starting your own business, this should be the first book you read. As I go through the process of building my new business, I continue to refer back to this book. By far, this is one of the best resources out there for new entrepreneurs!

This book is great. The way the authors have laid it out is wonderful...it is a real "toolkit." Their "In Her Words", "Bright Ideas" and "Sassy Lady Says" boxes are extremely valuable. The exercises re-enforced each chapter's topics perfectly. I cannot imagine a book being more helpful in planning a new business.

They may be Sassy Ladies but their business advice is savvy in this delightful easy-to-read book that isn't just for women! Creating a successful business does not have to be heavy. These ladies show you how to be successful and have fun in the process!
