My new adapter is great. It has an angled plug on the computer end that keeps the wire from breaking and shorting out. My original adapter quit working because of the plug shorting out.

Item arrived as advertised, very quickly and in good shape. Initially worked very well, but power supply developed issues about 2 to 2 and 1\2 weeks after receiving it. Amazon placed me in contact with company thru email. Company was very professional in handling replacement of power supply, doing so with no hassle at all. Several timely updates were sent to me, keeping me informed on status of product and shipping progress. Replacement power supply was shipped out quickly and arrived in good condition once again.
Issues will arrive from time to time when purchasing products, and how those situations are handled leaves a lasting impression with the customer. With a prompt and professional response "this" company has a very satisfied customer who will continue to recommend them as a good company to do business with.
