Cheap USB plug,

No instructions at all. There is a fuse but no instructions telling you what to connect it to. There are no instructions telling you how to program the module either. I purchased three of these I figured out the problem by my 3rd one. I could not program the CNP 2000 because the USB connector is so cheap it would just short out my USB. I kept getting an error message so tried another supplied cable from my 2nd and 3rd CNP 2000, same problem. I purchased a cable from an electronics store and Bingo! After I got it programmed it worked. The cables supplied are garbage. This actually is'nt a difficult install but having some instructions would have saved me lots of time. I am rating my experience as well as the product. Its been installed now for over a month and works just fine but the headaches getting here warrant the lowered rating from me. |
