First, the wall plug is bad: we always have to jiggle it and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Moreover, now we are seeing sparks from charger: this is dangerous and can cause fire...we are seeing some smoke coming out of the power cord.
The customer service from Optimum was most unfriendly, where they distrust the customer and put onus of cost and effort on the customer's side. They don't deserve to be on Amazon marketplace

I have had to reorder various times. The plugs short out too easily and need to be replaced about once a month. sorry

Works fine but the box gets very hot when using and charging my computer at the same time. Sometimes too hot to touch, which I think would be a fire hazard and a burning danger to children. Also the cord is much shorter than the original.
