1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing
I had a bad experience with this product. There is something wrong with this wax, it does not come off the skin easily. Also, I had to throw away everything I used with this wax, it came off nothing.

This was actually cheaper than getting it at my local beauty shop and works just as well as the other brands. Plus, I needed it right away and it arrived in record time.

This is a great product for hair removal, I just used it for the first time after warming it in the Satin Smooth single warmer. It took a while to warm up, but was the perfect consistency needed. It removed the hair on my legs with no problem, they were pretty long and I was making sure they were long enough to be gripped by the wax, as I always have that problem.. and yep they were definitely long enough. Though the wax worked great, I wish it was water soluble. If it gets stuck on your hands, or clothing, good luck removing it. I had to exfoliate extremely well to get the wax off my legs and elsewhere. Overall a decent product, and I'm still glad it works so well with the warmer, but I'm going to see if I can find one that is water soluble. I'm hoping the company makes one that is water soluble.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Stuff For EXPERIENCED Waxers!!, September 7, 2011

Ok so a lot of people say this is bad wax, it's HORRIBLE!!

No, it's not the wax, it's the person using the wax.

I've been waxing myself for 7 years. I had to, due to my thick dark hair! I tried creme wax one time and it was AWFUL!! The consistency is not my thing and it hurts worse that holy snickers!! I started using honey based waxes and LOVELOVELOVE them!! Goes on thinly, smoothly and comes off clean and takes the hair with it, including stubborn, bikini hair!! There is a slight residue left over but I've learned how to handle that too!

In order for to have a successful experience with this wax you need to be an experienced waxer, meaning this is not your first rodeo and you're a pro at waxing yourself. Secondly, you need to have 4 key things: Lysol Wipes(yes the kind you clean your counters with), Dawn dish detergent, a buffing pad(the kind you use to exfoliate your face with) and post-waxing cooling gel. I personally use Gigi but that's just me. After you've waxed, you should wash the area, GENTLY with Dawn and the buffing pad, in warm water. Then after you've done so, take a Lysol wipe and wipe your skin off. You may have to scrub a little but not much. It takes the residue right off! Follow up with your favorite post waxing gel/lotion and refrain from putting any kind of makeup/lotion/tight clothing for a few hours. To allow your skin to recover. Now I'm not a cosmetology expert and I'm sure they would say that I'm abusing my skin by doing such things after waxing but my skin is damn near perfect! No scarring or infections or much irritation!
