What I was hoping to get when I purchased at Toys 'R' Us for $14.99 was what ALL the other reviews said. A very good and fun gun for my boy, and it was fun right up until the suction stopped working. We tryed everying, shaking it *so the water would get into the tube* turning it upside down and pulling the trigger, just about anything we could think of. My son and I were very disapointed with this product.

My son has weak muscles in his hands and cannot always work a traditional water gun. We were so excited to find this toy. We bought it and he loved it. It worked twice for him and then quit working. We took exceptional care of this water gun. Did not leave it outside, did not drop it, put it up after using it. I called the company and they were extremely unhelpful and openly told me they would not stand behind their product. I am very upset that something that could have been so fun for my child has just been a huge disappointment and waste of money.

I bough this toy to scare off birds that were pecking holes in the house. It almost has enough reach and the volume of water it shoots is almost enough to get rid of a bird. If you're going to use it for a water gun fight, it might be more fun but you'll need to be close to your target and they shouldn't be much larger than a bird.
