I am a huge WP fan and currently this is my favorite WP album. It is half way between the gritty punk of WP and the lovestruck pop of Cinerama. The only other album that comes close is the Live in Belfast album, but, I still prefer Saturnalia.
If you like WP, this will likely be your faovrite WP album of all time, I know it is mine. Gedge really outdid himself on this one. Mike C

Returning to their roots, it's loud!!,

I have to say is this album is a fine return to the essential Wedding Present. It's loud, beautiful guitar rock. The lyrics reflect Gedge's angry, bitter view on love and sex. Great stuff here, just buy it and play it loud!

I'd recomend this CD to any fans of bands like pavement though i think the Weddoes are a better over all band. Jet Girl and Kansashave great boy/girl vocals and Big Boots has that slow pavementy sound. This is a great CD from one of the Best bands in this genre.
