MUST USE WITH DILUTION! Or very very small amounts. If you take a toothpick and dab some on the back of your hand and leave it there for 2 minutes. You'll have a chemical burn. It better if you eat it, mix it up with some barbecue sauce or your favorite sauce to add on the heat. I'm a hot food freak and this is the hottest.I bought my bottle 2 years ago, and I have just recently used it just below the neck of the bottle. SPARINGLY!

Blair's Mega Death Hot Sauce lives up to it's name. It is many times hotter than any Tabasco or Hot Sauce you can pick up at your local Grocery store. I add it to my regular Buffalo Sauce when making wings and Burgers to really bring on the heat! Just make sure you shake the bottle well to ensure it is well mixed.

Tried this today for the first time on some beef burritos and was very satisfied. Wickedly hot, use VERY sparingly or dilute. Great flavor. Made me hiccup and steam was rising from my head, both signs of a good hot sauce. Expensive but will last a long time due to its strength.
