These are exactly as I expected them to be: Tiny containers for thin sauces. They're perfect for fitting into tightly-packed bento lunches, when space is at a premium. These don't come with any kind of filling device, though I hear infant medication syringes work. So far I've just been squeezing them then sticking in a dish of sauce (soy, tonkatsu, etc.) and letting suction do the work. They get washed the same way.

I use these to store bottled fountain pen ink and refill my fountain pens when not at home. They work very well for this purpose. I recommend also getting a blunt tip syringe to fill them from the full sized bottles, then squirting the ink from the mini bottle into the fountain pen ink reservoir. No leeks so far.

EDIT: I have now also used these for their intended purpose of holding soy sauce and they work well.

After repeated use over the last year I have not had one leak and they are all still in good condition.

I read that this containers don't work well for mayonnaise, well, with a little patience you can! that's if you have time, all you got do is to squeeze the air out and start sucking the mayonnaise into it! It takes time, so if you're watching television, that a good place to do it. It doesn't hold much of it though, so you should pack some extra containers if you can fit them in. The soy sauce goes well in there too (which that's the purpose of it). I place a 5 star on this because it made my Bento meal so much more easy to carry, since the sauces can make the food soggy after a while, so this way they keep everything fresh and crisp! I'm glad I can add Mayo in there too!!

These little containers are great for bento boxes (why I made my purchase) or small lunch containers. They are much smaller than I anticipated, but they work well.

My only reasoning for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the opening is so small. I had a hard time filling it completely, but I was able to contain enough soy sauce for my sushi lunch. In some cases you might have to use multiple. This also makes it difficult to be able to clean, other than sucking up soapy water and squeezing it out to rinse. I am also a little fearful of water staying inside while it dries.

All in all, a great product for the price.

Cute little sauce containers. Just squeeze all the air out and release to get the sauce into the container. Rinses easily. I recommend this to anyone who likes to pack their own bento boxes. They are cheap enough too that if you accidentally threw one away you can just get more.

I pretty much knew what to expect when ordering these, so I wasn't terribly disappointed. They are very small, and really only hold a perfect amount of soy sauce. I have been able to put thicker condiments in them with a bit of effort, but I have to fill a couple. They fit nicely inside a Bento, and that's exactly what I needed them for. Bigger holes would be an improvement. Must have for Bento in my opinion.

I like to fill with soy sauce and I just drop it in my lunch box. My only issue with this is filing the tiny bottle up with enough sauce. I have a hard time getting more than a few drops in. I squeeze the bottle then insert into soy sauce--that only fills the bottle about half way. If anyone has any great ideas on how to fill the bottle up all the way please let me know.
