First of all, these gloves look nothing like in the image. The image makes them appear much thicker and warmer than they actually are. I bought these gloves for my winter bicycle commute to work (20 min each direction). They are definitely not warm enough for me, but maybe they'd be good for running if your hands tend to get sweaty in thicker gloves. Personally, I would save my money and get a few pairs of those cheap stretchy gloves for running instead of these.
