Quality lower than expected January 27, 2011

I was a little disappointed with the way these Saucony running shoes held up, as I (a Mom) have purchased some for myself in the past and was happy. These shoes, however were for my 1st grade son. As with any clothes kids are hard on them, but these only stayed nice looking for about 1 1/2 months before the gray netting was tearing and then the stiching.
On a good note, my son wears a Wide width and the size was true to description.

Stitching of leather over toe box fell apart after 6 weeks. I've bought much cheapere shoes that lasted longer. My son has hard to fit feet and loves these shoes though.

Saucony Sneakers for Kids January 1, 2012

I have bought multiple pairs of these sneakers for my 11-year old son. The last pair that I bought lasted for 6 months. What more can you want for sneakers than to get 6 months of every day use out of a pair of sneakers? My son is active and wears them to school every day. I plan to buy another pair once the current sneakers that he has are completely worn out.

Disappointing for Saucony

These shoes are definitely not the usual quality one can expect from Saucony. These shoes lasted less than the first four weeks of school-literally.
