For anyone who needs to wear something casual but not TOO casual like ordinary sneakers, but still needs the cushioning and comfort of padded-heel sneakers, Saucony Originals are the answer. They let you choose colours to go with different outfits and still walk in sneaker-like comfort. They are defintely more padded than most ordinary (and expensive) so-called 'walking shoes' in the market (I have tried them all over the years, even the most expensive brands). Saucony Originals beat them all. I walked through the Museums and Galleries of London and then explored the street sites for hours each evening in my Saucony Oringinals and was amazed to find that my feet did not hurt by the end of the day! Usually just a few hours walking on the hard marble floor of a Museum is enough to get my feet aching. My Sauconys allowed me 10 hours of pure pleasure with no pain!! Without looking like a dork! Now I wear them to my business appointments matched with smart-casual pants. I always get admiring comments on them (my first pair are a pale green combo).

These are also suitable for people with real-foot problems. I have a very bad pronation and they have held up and held me up, wonderfully.

The only complaint is that Amazon doesn't carry enough of the colour combinations in different sizes!I'd buy not one more pair, but a cupboard-full!

I have a lot of trouble finding a comfortable shoe. I was visiting San Francisco and had trouble with the shoes I was wearing very quickly. We stopped at a shoe store to get me some new shoes and I picked the Saucony Jazz because I liked the style and they looked comfortable. I put them on, and they were, and I hoped that they would stay that way because a lot of walking can change that very quickly. These shoes didn't have to be broken in at all. They were perfect from day one, I can wear them for everything I do, and the ones I have from San Francisco are still in great condition even after serious abuse over the course of 2 1/2 years. I got these the other day, since my old pair is all black and I wanted another version of the Jazz. The colors are interesting, but I love them just as much as my old pair. They are just as comfortable as the pair I had been wearing for 2 1/2 years without needing a break in. I highly recommend these.

I love Saucony's so when I needed new shoes, I got these. They're super comfy to walk in but murder to stand in which is why I'm not giving them a 5. I talked to a salesman at the Saucony store who said their shoes are meant for action and movement, not standing...which is true. So, if you're a cashier or stand in line a lot, these may not be the best choice. I'm about 60 lbs overweight and find these extremely comfortable to walk in. I do overpronate a little and wish they had stiffer support on the inside to keep my ankle from rolling in, but that can be fixed with inserts. They're cute, they breathe easy and don't need to be broken in..they're flexible...so you can't go wrong with these. I'd love to have more in different colors!

Sometimes manufacturers make changes that aren't needed and actually produce an inferior product. While I wear Saucony exclusively for many reasons, the newer "lasts" (shoe molds) have narrow toe boxes and less sole protection than the originals. But when I slipped into these lovely purple gems, my feet said it was like coming home. Lots of wriggle room in the toes, nice thick soles, and an overall great fit. I've worn size 9M for years, and with Saucony I can buy any style in that size with no worries. That said, adjusting the lacing is important to create a snug, balanced fit. Bonus here - two pairs of laces! Turquoise and purple! If you like a traditional sport shoe that comfortable, I definitely recommend Saucony Originals.

I have been running with these sneakers since the 80s. I have tried other brands, but always fall back on these winners!
LOVE the colors they now come in.
I will buy another pair in a different color as soon as I RUN the soles away.
I run about 50 miles a week and they last about 6 months!
Extremely comfortable and light weight!!!

I just received my Saucony in the mail. And I was so excited! As I'm taking them out the box to try them on,I see slight stains on the box toes of both shoes and on shoes string (rolls eyes)!!(Images attached). I was a bit disappointed because of that fact I'm expecting undamaged shoes!
The stains are not that bad and the shoes have clearly not been worn before. So I decided not to return just give a rating. Very comfortable and Im am still looking forward to wearing them.

I probably wouldn't wear these for running. I buy the Saucony ProGrid series for that but I couldn't resist these shoes because they are so cute and colorful. I do the Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" walk aerobics and I bought these to wear for that workout; they are very comfortable. I'll probably get another pair in another color.

I purchased a pair of women's Saucony Jazz sneakers years ago and loved them. They don't pinch anywhere and make walking on my treadmill a breeze. The Jazz model is hard to find in stores, but I can order them over the internet and that's great.
Whatever I order through Amazon always turns out to be a good choice.

I've loved Sauconys for over ten years. Where I currently reside, they are impossible to find in store. For the last five years or so I've been forced into Nikes, Pumas, and Reeboks. On a whim I decided to see what kind of deal amazon would have. Why didn't I check sooner?! So much wasted time! I digress...
Look, there's aren't running shoes. I buy Brooks for that. These probably aren't even great shoes for a quick workout at the gym. But if you're a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl like myself, then you know how important it is to have comfy, stylish sneakers. And ooooooh all the colors. Why not buy like three or four pairs?!
The Saucony Jazz hasn't really changed since the first time I bought a pair when I was 18. They are still super comfy right out of the box. My feet aren't necessarily wide, but Nikes have always rubbed the sides of my feet oddly. I also am not looking for a ton of support, but something other than the cardboard feel of Pumas would be nice. These deliver, they give just the right amount of support (in my opinion), and are the perfect width. I like to bar lace them so I can just slip them right on and off. Heaven.
Now, this is important, you need to get yourself a good protectant. I wore a pair to a concert once that wasn't sprayed with a protectant and all the scuffing and whatnot in the mosh pit ruined them. You MUST get a suede protector spray and follow the directions. After that it's smooth sailing and you can wear these puppies in any weather you like and just wipe them clean.
I cannot recommend these shoes enough. I know others have said they run small, but I've not really come across that. I wear the same size sneakers across the board.

Having owned and purchased Saucony shoes for at least 8 years, I was a little unhappy that the quality of the shoe has diminished. I have a pair of Saucony Jazz I purchased 5 years ago that I had to finally retire. This new shoe is not the same. The materials are cheaper. I also had to order a half size larger. I do like all the fun colors though.
