5.0 out of 5 stars Great Shoes
I noticed the bad review and am wondering, as the person that left a comment on that review stated, if she had a defective pair. It could also be that Saucony is not a good brand for her feet.

Saucony has proved to be a great shoe for me. I have a normal arch and a little bit of a wider foot. I've had about 7 or 8 pairs and all have been great. I'm a...

2.0 out of 5 stars saucony tr4
Comfortable from the first time I wore them. No arch support though, so I put inserts in. I noticed from the beginning that they sort of "slap" the floor when you step, but figured that would stop once they were worn in. It got worse. Now I hate wearing them, and they aren't all that comfortable anymore. Kind of a cheap saucony - not much cushion compared to higher...

Saucony has proved to be a great shoe for me. I have a normal arch and a little bit of a wider foot. I've had about 7 or 8 pairs and all have been great. I'm a personal trainer and avid athlete and live in athletic shoes.

I love this shoe. I purchased it for about $40 at a local retailer in my city and didn't have high expectations. I'm now trying to get a second pair. I love the look, I have the charcoal gray/black/blue style, as I don't like white on my shoes because it stains easily. They are great in rough trail hikes and for tough indoor workouts, since it's a lightweight trail shoe and not heavy duty trail, but does give more rigid support outdoors than a typical running shoe. This is one of the more perfect pairs of shoes I've ever had.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great lightweight but supportive shoe, March 21, 2010
I wear an 11W and have flat feet. I think these are stylish and are perfect for either athletics or daily wear. These were comfortable right out of the box. I've had them for approx. eight months, wear them once a week or so, and they're still very comfortable. I have a meniscus tear in my knee and lower back pain, and find that on the days I wear Saucony shoes, I'm in much less pain. Would definitely recommend.

Great sneakers! I use them for running and hiking and they provide great support. Didn't even need to really break them in either.

4.0 out of 5 stars Saucony shoes, December 13, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I am happy with these shoes. They don't have as much arch support as I would like but they are still very comfotable. I bought these shoes to wear at work because I do a lot of walking and standing during the day. I'm used to wearing shoes like Van's or Converse so this was a bit of a change in the way I walk because the bottom surface is a bit bulkier than I'm used to but they hug my feet really good which is what I was looking for. They seem to be pretty durable too as far as the outer layer. I use these shoes while I'm doing work around my house and yard. The stitching and outer netting hasn't torn or even looks that worn so I think they are well made. I would highly consider this particular brand when I'm looking for another pair of athletic shoes again.

4.0 out of 5 stars saucony, September 5, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is my second pair of saucony running shoes... I stand & walk at work so they are very comfortable. The first pair wore out in the toes (they were popping through), but were still not worn out, This pair has a small patch of leather in that spot.... I love them. I will buy another.

These shoes have good style, more interesting than most women's shoes, like all saucony's, great quality and comfort. I stand and walk around all day at work and these are great for all day wear as well as running.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect trail running shoe, August 7, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I love Saucony's grid excursion trail shoe. I was always plagued with blisters and hot spots when I ran until I found Saucony. I have a very narrow heel and wide toe bed so finding shoes that fit is often difficult. These are the first shoes that I ran in and didn't get blisters.

5.0 out of 5 stars Uber Comfy!, April 23, 2010

I picked these up yesterday at DSW for thirty five dollars; the black and turquoise ones - not blue. I wore them all last night and all today and they are really comfortable. Wanted to jog in them today but the weather did not cooperate. I wear arch supports in all my shoes (except Keens) and these were no exception. Will come back after I've jogged in them.
