Good construction but not as good arch support and quality as older Sauconys, which were excellent. The leather seems cheaper, and the construction not as rugged. I use them as walking shoes rather than running. I do like the aggressive lugs, but they are slipperier on ice than I had expected.

This is my 3rd pair of Cohesion's. I purchased a more expensive pair of Saucony's and they didn't fit the same as these. they fit nicely to my feet. i run approx 10-15 miles per week.

Shoes do run a bit small. THe right shoe is okay, but that left is extra narrow. Everytime I walk, the front part on top bends and digs into the place between the toes. Hurts like heck. I thought it just needs to be broken in, but nope, the shoe is still painful. Wish I had returned it.
