I have a high arch and usually have to add extra support, even to brand new shoes. These are great straight out of the box. Most of my shoes are 7.5 or 8, but I always get an 8 in my sneakers. I use these to walk, cardio at the gym, and to wear daily as a housekeeper. Sauconys hold up very well.

First, I have a lot of trouble with my feet. I'm up on my feet all the time with my job, so by the end of the day I'm usually in a lot of pain. I'm always hunting for a comfortable athletic shoe. I thought I would take a chance with these shoes. I had never worn Saucony before, but I knew that if I didn't like the fit or feel of the shoes that I could return them to Amazon. I never did return them... I love these shoes.

First, there is just one tiny fault - they run a little small, plus the heavy cushioning around the ankle area makes them feel like they are smaller (especially when they are brand new). However, they are not tight or pinch anywhere and wearing thin socks worked well to counter the size issue.

Structurally, the arch fits nicely and helps support my flat feet without putting undue pressue on the arch area. They fit nicely across the top of the foot, through the toe, and around the heal area. Best of all, the mesh makes your feet feel cool no matter how much work you do. These are billed as running shoes. Admittedly, I only just started running in them recently. I wore them mostly for work up until now.

For the first time, I have days without pain in my feet. I can work all day in these shoes and they are so comfortable that you completely forget you have them on. Also, they are very light, so they are comfortable to run in. I've had these shoes for six months now and they are easily my favorite shoes.

This is a perfect fit and very stylish shoe. I don't run in them, but I do walk a lot and workout in them. I have bad knees and I never have pain if I have worn these shoes. They have great support.
