After a long search for just the right running shoe I found Saucony Grid Fiya. I run on concrete and asphalt and have had issues with back aches following just short runs. This shoe is light weight and very supportive. I have gone many miles without a single issue. These shoes are true to size and the color is very appealing to me.

My last pair of running shoes were a similar model of these Saucony's, and I loved them. I have about 350 miles on those, and so it was time to start working in another pair, but I didn't want to pay $125 again. Just seems a little ridiculous. So when I found these on Amazon for $50, I was stoked. I got them this weekend and did my first run with them on Sunday - 9 miles. They were awesome, and my feet felt great. They seem like they run true to size, but I got them 1/2 size bigger which I normally do with running shoes. But if you're only wearing them for style/basic gym stuff, you should be fine ordering your normal size.
