Sizing was true to life. Fit perfectly well, though those with less narrow feet or flat arches may find them uncomfortable.

I purchased these to run the obstacle course "Spartan Race" and they were phenomenal through mud and running over slippery muddy logs. Very comfortable for the whole race. Excellent purchase.
