My trusted model for distance running,
This review is from: Saucony Women's ProGrid Omni 7 Moderate Running Shoe (Apparel)
I've been through three Omni model numbers and they have never let me down, day in, day out. I am a mild under-pronator and these seem to accommodate my slight supination sufficiently. I've put anywhere from 15-35 miles/week on the Omni's and have run a marathon and plenty of half-marathons, 10K, and 5K races with them, never with any blisters, chafing or irritations. I generally am somewhere between medium and wide width and used to buy New Balance for their extra width, but with these Sauconys, I can wear the mediums with no problems. I like the silver/rose/black color scheme, offering just the right feminine touch.

I was first attracted to these shoes because of the color. They're even better looking in person and will coordinate beautifully with my black and pink bike and gray tri shorts and trikini. They're also functional as well as good-looking. They work better in preventing shin splints than the Omni Moderate Grid 5 I used last year. My back doesn't get as tight either. I feel like they also offer a more cushioned ride. I read somewhere to size up 1/2 size in these shoes but learned that they actually fit true to size, i.e. a size 5 equals a size 5.

Saucony Omni 7 Running Shoes,

Initially they appeared to be in quality condition, but the 4th time I use them, the tongue broke loose from the shoe.

Great Arch Support,

I am an underpronater with high arches and have been wearing out New Balance shoes in 3 months and suffering from aching feet (I walk 4 miles, 5 days/week). I am going on 4 months with these and they are just starting to wear down. My feet no longer ache. Love them. I had to buy 1/2 size larger and a Medium as opposed to the Wide I was wearing in New Balance.

Sacouny Omni 7 Review,

I purchased these shoes last week. I am very happy with them. I had the Omni 6 shoes last year and went with these this year and was not disapointed. I have planter planter fasciitis badly in both feet and these shoes help relieve my pain greatly when I jog outside. You will not be disapointed by these shoes and the price on Amazon is really good. They retail for $90 or more.

Saucony is a great brand and the Pro Grid 7's do not disappoint. This is my second pair and I'll probably order another if the price drops. These shoes are perfect right out of the box. No rubbing, no blisters. Nice looking as well.

Everybody's feet are different, so you have to shop around for the right shoe for you. I like Saucony, so I specifically looked for this type of shoe at a running specific store. The sales people had me run on a treadmill, and they evaluated my running form and foot flexibility. At that particular store I ended up paying too much (I think). But now that I know what shoe I like I just order them off the internet. You can find the best deals on-line. Anyway, a friend of mine recommended this to me, and I thought it was good advice and worth sharing. Whatever shoes you end up with, don't pay too much for them.

Received the shoes on date promised. I have very narrow feet and the shoes are made for that. They fit perfectly, and I wear them all of the time. This is the only womens athletic shoe that I have found in an 11N and am glad that Saucony still makes them.

I purchased these to replace a pair I already owned (love them). The only complaint I have is that I have developed a blister on the right side of my left shoe; the shoes pinch there. I did not have this trouble with my previous pair.

It's difficult to buy a running shoe without first trying it on, but for this amazing price, I thought it was worth a try. I typically wear Asics or Adidas and will stick with them in the future. This shoe has great cushion on the bottom, moderate arch support, and fits pretty poorly around the sides of my feet unless I cinch the laces as tight as I possibly can. There seems to be unnecessary fabric around the sides of the shoe that makes it bulky. The shoe works for the price, but it won't be my favorite running shoe.
