A fortyish female, 110 lbs, 5'2", run 25 miles a week currently. I have very high arches. My feet are narrow at the heel and arch but my toes fan out. Because of this, I need a generous tow box. I do not pronate at all and buy neutral+ shoes.

I had been running in Asics, they were great shoes but did not fit my feet properly. I purchased the Saucony shoes in order to correct toe problems I was having.

I have put 175 miles on my Saucony ProGrid Triumph 7 so I thought I had enough info to give a report. I bought these shoes along with a pair of Mizuno Wave Creation 11 which I alternate runs in. I also have a report on the Mizunos which I have put 150 miles on.

I wear a size 6 in non running shoes. I bought a size 6 1/2. I wish I had bought a size 7, or tried the 6 ½ in a wide width. The shoes fit well but I wish they were just a tad bigger. I wear very thin socks while running, if I wore thicker socks, they would be way too tight. If I buy another pair I will either get the size 7 or the 6 ½ in wide width depending on which feels roomier to me. My toe problem has healed and has not recurred. I no longer tape my toes as I had previously.

The two big selling points of this shoe are:
    1) The arch lock system. I have high arches...VERY high. These shoes are awesome in supporting my arches. They just clamp up to them and support the dog mess out of them. My arches never tire during a run....NEVER.
    2) The big toe box. The toe room is generous. It is a little smaller than the Nike Airs I have run in the past, but is adequate. I think the nice snug fit of the arch lock makes the toe box SEEM bigger to me than it is. I feel like my arches are so well supported and then when you get past the mid foot...BOOM it just opens up really wide for my fanning toes.

I've owned 4 pairs of Triumph 6's and just purchased the 7's in the exact same size. They have way more cushioning - but I think they have changed their sizing and/or toe box? I have bunions - and the 6's have always worked SO well for me. I was 3 miles into my first run with the 7's...and had to take my left shoe off and walk home in my socks:o( They seem way more narrow. Luckily I was able to return them to a local store and they are ordering me the wide...in a .5 size larger. Hopefully this will help!! If not, I will be SO upset!! I hate having to find a running sneaker that works for me!!

I was told that the cushioning is supposed to last longer in the 7's - which is a definitely plus. The 6's seem to wear out at around 300-400 miles...and that doesn't seem like much for a high end shoe. But, the 7's feel a bit more stiff and definitely have more cushion. Hopefully the larger/wider size will work! Not sure if anybody else is having this problem or not - going from the 6's to the 7's?

I purchased this shoe for my wife. She has some health problem. She is unhappy with her Reebok® Premier SF Ultra KFS. The reason is her Rebook new model is changed. In new model Reebok decrease the depth in side and it is not comfort to her. I complain their local dealer but they are not ready to help me.
This reason I change Brand from Reebok to Saucony for her. My Son Aman use this Saucony Brand since 7 years and he suggest me Saucony.
Her experience is excellent and wonderful. This shoe felt very comfortable walking, with good arch support and stable heel. She forget her old brand.
    She like Saucony's features:
--cushioning shoe for the neutral runner
--Lightweight, breathable air mesh upper with synthetic accent
--Full-Length ProGrid(tm) with Respon-Tek(tm) absorbs impact, dissipates shock and provides a seamless transition from heel through forefoot.
--SSL (Saucony® Super Lite) EVA maximizes rebound and durability while minimizing weight.
    I strongly recommended this shoe.

These are very nice. Unfortunately, I am not sure how they feel running. But for walking, they are great. They feel like I'm walking on clouds because of the great support they give.

I've been running in triumphs for ten years, this is a cost-efficient choice for neutral runners who want a highly cushioned shoe. It has helped relieve my shin splints and has good stability with some give and lots of cushion. Once I found this shoe, I stuck with it.

I am an "underpronator", and so need a highly cushioned shoe, with flexibility.

This shoe fits the bill. I find it runs true to size and the colors are attractive.

I don't have too many miles on them yet, so don't know how they will hold up. They had virtually no break-in period for me.

Rotate between new balance and saucony with my running shoes. LOVE the Saucony Triumph 6's but I ordered these in the same size and they were WAY to small. I recommend going up at least a half size, maybe a whole one!
