I have the Ride 5's which are fantastic but they are ready to be retired so i was very happy to find these on sale.
I wear a 10AA and these fit perfect - true to fit!
The 8-wide of this one fits even better than my old ones and I'm really happy with my purchase.

I have a high arch, under pronate, and severe plantar fasciitis problems. These shoes have enabled me to continue training for the 5k I am doing in the fall. They are very pricey, but well worth the cost if you need shoes that offer motion control and heavy cushioning. The best part is they are lightweight as well. \

I've been a Saucony fan for about 4 years now. I began with the Ride 4, which is the best running/walking shoe I've had to date. Alas, after 3 pairs of those, they were discontinued and replaced with the Ride 5. The design of the 5's were very different. Less cushioning, much narrower (bad for a wide footed gal like me), and the feel was just different--in a bad way.

The Ride 6 is better than the 5 for sure. Close to the old Ride 4, but not quite. The cushioning is still less than the 4, and I'd say that is my only disappointment in this shoe.

This is still a nicely-cushioned shoe, and the width is roomy in the toe box. I think the arch support is not quite as good as previous versions, but still ok.

I have been a regular exerciser since 1996. Heaven knows, I have owned MANY pairs of workout shoes in that time. Typically workout shoes last me anywhere from three to six months, with a schedule of working out forty to sixty-five minutes a day, six to seven days a week consistently. I've had many good pairs of shoes, and many awful ones. The best pairs of shoes I've owned (either for workout or wear-a-day) have ALWAYS come from Saucony. Obviously, one cannot wear sneakers all the time in life, but I wear these when I can get away with it! Not only are they designed to keep your feet breathing (thanks to the mesh upper in most of their designs), but they are always fashionable in looks, and feel good on from the second that they are taken out of the box. Very rarely have I ever experienced the need to "break in" Saucony shoes. This is not true for the New Balance brand with me, as a comparison in workout shoes. While initially Saucony shoes can cost a bit more money than some other sneakers out there, this brand consistently tends to wear out much less quickly than others, at least in my case. Workout shoes almost consistently follow the rule that you get what you pay for, especially if you have anything but a completely pain-free body, no injury history, and perfect feet.

My stats (for you to compare your stats to mine, seeing how these shoes might work for you): I wear a size 11W, and this is my true size in every shoe that I have ever worn since I was a teenager. I have average-sized ankles for a full-figured woman; I'd say about they're about 10" around. I am plus-sized, so I require some padding in my shoes to keep my feet, joints, and lower back happy.

The Ride 6 fits as I expected it to. I ordered my normal size and it fit perfectly. I do have a narrow fit though so maybe that is why I didn't need to order up a size like some other customers. The shoe is light weight while providing good cushioning and great support. I run about four miles five times a week and also walk my dog a couple miles a day about four days a week. I previously had the Ride 5, which were also great, but I highly recommend the Ride 6.

    Size: 8.5 B(M) USColor: Citron/Pink/Blue Verified Purchase
I have been wearing Saucony running shoes probably 10years, at least. This is the only brand of running shoes that I wear. I wear a size 8.5 always no matter what the other reviews say about the size my size never changes! These shoes, the pair that I received was at least 2 full sizes too small. They cannot be any more than a size 6 or a 6.5! I couldn't even get might foot into it. I new I had a problem when I saw the box it looks like a child size shoe box. The box had women's size 8.5 on it and the inside of the shoe has 8.5 also. I read a review that said they run small and the person had trouble getting anyone to explain the problem or owning up to the defect. These are most definitely defective. I did not order a larger size after reading the review because so many people say the sizes aren't accurate and I always disagree with these people. With this shoe I have no idea what size to order, so I am returning them and going to get a totally different shoe. The shoe itself is awesome I have had at least 2 or 3 pair of Rides and they have always worked. I love the color, but I have no idea what size anyone would order and get it right the first time!!!! It would be really nice if someone from Amazon read these reviews and investigated into the problem!!!!

You can't go wrong with these shoes. Great support. They fit like a glove and are very light. Buy them with confidence.

Based on my research for women's running shoes, I discovered Asics, Saucony and Brookshire seemed to have the highest ratings. I tried on Saucony but went with Asics a year ago that I purchased at an area store. Then I saw the Saucony Ride 6 in bright colors on Amazon and had to order. I ordered up a half size which I recommend and they fit perfectly. The order arrived quickly and I put them on and they felt awesome. Really light also! I decided, to be safe, I would wear them around the house for an hour before making my final decision. I have old feet. I thought for sure, these would be keepers. After an hour, I noticed the balls of my feet were aching. I go barefoot whenever I can so this surprised me. Then I noticed my feet really need a better arch support and this shoe doesn't have it. So I put my Asics back on. There's no comparison.
