These shoes are awesome! When you run in them, you feel as if you are being bounced up off the ground, which, alternatively, makes you less tired and able to run a further distance. I have wide feet and it's really had to find good shoes. Sometimes shoes can make my shins hurt as well. Not with these, they are truly a great fit. Much better then the New Balance shoes I had been wearing. Buy them, you won't be disappointed. True to size and great looking.

I have problems with my SI hip joints, and overpronate to the inside of my foot. So, I need a shoe with an arch stabilizer, and motion control. In the past, I had to resort to a heavier weight shoe because the lighter weight were unstable, but not any more. This satisfies all my needs, and are very comfortable.

I have been running for several years (I'm in the Army) and have always suffered with shin splints, knee pain, etc. I have never been assessed as to the type of runner I am (over pronator, neutral or under pronator) so I always bought a cushioned running shoe. I finally got tired of running in pain every day and went with this shoe after self-determining I was over pronating.
The first day I ran in them I got a quarter-sized blister on each arch and I felt sluggish. The second time I ran in these shoes (armed with moleskin) I felt much better and didn't notice any rubbing. The third time I ran, no moleskin, no problem. Ever since I can run further without fatigue and I haven't had shin splints in over 2 months.
I am buying my second pair of these so I can alternate days.

I have worn the Grid Stabil for years, upgrading annually. Great for over-pronators like me, plus well-fitting, comfortable, looks good. Great to walk in as well as run.

The support provided by this shoe has helped me continue/increase my walking exercise by lessening my chronic lower back pain. My acupuncturist actually recommended them!

I looked for a shoe that could help my over pronation and i think this is it. I have gone running, hiking, and have done dance classes with these shoes. The only problem right now is the squeek in the air pockets on the bottom sometimes when i walk, but come on, i have practically done everything possible in the shoes. I need to find some good hiking shoes with low pronation support now so i won't have to buy 3 or 4 more of these shoes at a time. It's a great shoe...

Make sure you order a size larger than you are because I just received these and ordered an 8 (I normally wear 7 1/2) and they were way too small!

This is probably a good shoe but it did not work for me. I have worn Asics Evolution, Mizuno Legend and Alchemy, and Brooks Addiction. All motion control shoes but for some reason the Grid Stabil 6 did not fit my arch well at all. I knew just from walking in the shoe in my house that it would not work running. I will send it back and go back with my old tried and true running shoes the best being Asics Evolution for my running gait that is.

Love the shoes. Amazing price. These are the only shoes that I run in.

I like the shoe but, for me, they are a little heavy for running. Great for walking around though. I would definitely buy shoes from Saucony again.
