i recommend this product to anyone who is willing to spend less money and want a heating belt to be still effective. i spent less money and i sweat alot with this belt. i used to have an older one but it ripped so i bouht this one. its been the best choice yet.

not hot enough i used for an hour not even a drop of sweat i had a sunatronic 2000 that was good
