This is a great review book for the LPN exam. The format is very easy to use, and I love the fact that you do not have to search through the book, or flip to the back to find the answers and rationals as they are on the same page as the question. The information is up-to-date, and the rationals are informative and helpful.

This book helped me pass the NCLEX-PN last summer. I highly recommend it. Great because you don't have to flip back and forth for the answers and rationales. LOVE IT! The disc is full of excellent questions,too.

I wish they made one for NCLEX-RN.

Saunders has two books out that I am aware of. This one and a Comprehensive review. The comprehensive review goes into more detail and has more questions for your money. This book is good, but I have found that most of these questions are in the comprehensive book as well.

I started to study this book after I graduated my LVN program. I studied the parts of the each section by covering the answer, and trying to answer the question without looking at it. I read all the "rational" for each question. After a month I finally I went to take the test. I thought I was not ready to take the test yet because I did not study all of the questions, but I took it anyway. Thank GOD I passed the test after just 85 questions. I really love this book and I know that it will help anyone to pass the NCLEX.

This book is good after you have study from the Saunders Comprehensive. It states this in the book (to be use after the Saunders Comprehensive).
Worth the money.

I did not receive this item, and i did not bother to take the replacement that amazon sent me after I called customer service..they are very quick about it...but lucky for me, a girl at work gave me her old ones...

I purchased this book after I finished the saunders comprehensive book (green) 4th edition. This book is very helpful strengthening your weaknesses and an excellent practice questions. If you want to supplement your reading and study material this book is very helpful. I recommend it........and I passed my Nclex exam by the way.....HARE KRISHNA.

This is wonderful book that will aid the PN graduate in passing the nclex-pn!

Unit 1 Preparation (23 pages) Test taking tips and strategies for your date with the nursing board :-)

Unit 2 Client Needs (500 pages) All practice questions are in a side by side format. Question on left half of paper and right hand side of question is answer, rational, and test taking strategy for ALL questions. Nice layout! It would have been nice if the book came with a card to cover answers as you go through the questions.

Unit 3 Integrated processes (86 pages) More questions on the nursing process.

CD is a nice addition for those who like to set at the computer for a while to study.
This book and CD are great tools to boost your confidence for that date with the board!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND..... "Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PNŽ Examination" 4th edition. Well worth the money. Most comprehensive review I have found so far.

As for the seller this was a good shopping experience. I received this item really fast and good conditions. As for the book the questions to practice are not even close to questions asked in the NCLEX exam, please if you wanna buy this book make sure you also look into some other ones before buying this one.
