I was excited to purchase the Saunders Pharmaceutical Word Book 2009 on CD-ROM; however, now that I have purchased the "nonreturnable" CD-ROM, I am very disappointed. The information contained in it is great; however, when I am running my word processing program, the SPWD 2009 CD-ROM version slows down my computer and then ultimately freezes it up. Again, I am very disappointed with this product. I wish now that I had just purchased the book as the CD-ROM cannot be returned. I can look a medication up in the book a lot faster than I can type it into this program and have the program look it up for me. I feel that I wasted the money that I could have used to buy the book. Now, I don't have the CD-ROM version OR the book to look my drugs up with as I cannot have the CD-ROM program open while I am doing my work. I won't buy this or any other product like this to help with my transcription in the future. It will be books for me from now on!! :o(
