This is a great book that will tell you just about everything you would ever want to know about the history of Sausalito. It also has lots of amazing photos.

If you're interested in the history of Sausalito, or the maritime history of the bay area in general, you'll love this book. It is full of great old photos and stories of Sausalito's past. I only wish it covered more recent history as well; it doesn't cover much from World War II and later.
