Book #9 in the "Ecstasy/Gray Eagle" series winds up the series with a great story. It was originally written as a stand-alone book to fill in readers who wanted more about Gray Eagle, Alisha, their children, families, friends, and the Lakota ways. But readers begged the author and publisher for more sagas, and they were happy to comply. That's why it's the only saga without an "Ecstasy" in its title. You will learn a lot about the Lakota Indians and American history. It has grit and glory. It is true to the times, events, and locations. You will be enlightened, educated, and entertained by this saga, and by the other 8. If you like this series, try Taylor's "Lakota Skies" series in print and in Kindle formats. Taylor learned more about the Lakotas and other tribes, so those 3 books will stretch your imagination.

it was a good book a little long too many people more then one storyline mix together

Taylor did not disappoint me with a well-crafted last book to her "Gray Eagle Ecstasy Series". It was perfect to learn of the characters' past history and to have twin sisters continue the saga with perfection. I loved both sisters' stories, and they were so different in the paths they chose to walk. I'll miss these people, so I'll have to keep these Kindle downloads to read again and again.
