The body ball workout is amazing, if you can get past the corniness of the instructor. At some points you just have to laugh at the ridiculousness of the way she goes through the 30 minute workout. However, my legs and abs never burned so much in any workout I have ever done. I wasn't able to get through the yoga portion because it was too boring and I couldn't figure out what they were talking about. I would highly recommend this for the ball, mat, and ball workout alone.

This was my first yoga kit and I am very happy with it. It has three different levels on the video making it easy to stick with your level. I love the body ball workout! (it was a workout in itself to inflate the ball, but after that was done it didn't loose much air after several workouts) My 9 year old daughter also loves working out with the mat and block.

My daughter requested this for her 13th birthday. She has taken some yoga classes. I thought that this would just be one of those items she used for a little while but no. She loves it and has learned a great deal for the video.

When I first bought the savasa yoga fitness kit, I thought that it was just a couple of stretches and then I was done. But I really really works every muscle in my body! I do it every day! Don't get me wrong, it's not as easy as it looks but it feels nice the nest day when I'm sore all over knowing that I did something right. Anyone should buy this product! Ecspecially for the price!:)

The best thing about this kit is that it comes with a fitness ball AND yoga props for only a little bit more than the price of either alone. The DVD included with the kit has a yoga workout that's good (but definitely more advanced than beginner!) and a ball workout that's just plain excellent, at any level. I've enjoyed doing the ball workout over and over. The instructor is terrific, encouraging without being annoying. The included foot pump makes it easy to blow up the ball, and the ball hasn't lost much air at all despite repeated use in the month or so I've been using it. I've used the yoga props with other DVDs more suited to a beginner like me, and the mat is a good size and prevents slippage of bare feet. The strap and the brick are good quality. If anything, I sometimes wish I had another brick. I've found no fault with this kit at all -- great value for the price.

The ball was pretty easy to pump up with the provided pump. The DVD has instructional exersises for both the Yoga and the excerise Ball, which both are easy to follow, as I am a novice.

Product is of good quality, at a very reasonable price. Kit comes with everything you need to get started with yoga. Recommend it to any new beginner of yoga.

I love the workout ball. It makes doing push-ups appealing. Sure the workout can border on cheesy but what workout video isnt?

I am very happy with this kit. I have been using it for two weeks now and I have been very satisfied. Also - it did come with the ball strap. Based on an older review I thought I would need to get a strap separately but it was included with my set.

I really liked this product. It had everything you need for a beginner. It doesn't come with the strap needed to ensure proper inflation of the ball but since you have to reinflate the ball often you don't really need it and it would just make the job more difficult. The bonus video is nice. I have only done the ball work out and I like it. Overall I would recommend this product to everyone.
