I use this mat for Pilates. It is extremely comfortable and durable. My dog has walked on it, it has been under heavy boxes and it still keeps shape. It rolls and unrolls easy and I can just throw it in the corner when I'm done. It also cleans up very well. Great product!

The color is bright--the mat almost glows in the dark--but it's as thick as mats that cost twice as much and does everything it should do.
