The third album from Swedish guitar god, joined by Goran Edman and Jens Johansson (both ex-Yngwie Malmsteen). Melodic hard rock at its finest. 12 tracks. Lion Music. 2002.

Format: Audio CD
I was pleasantly surprised by this cd. I have his previous (flume ride) which has good moments, but generally I lumped him in with all the other Satriani/Malmsteen wannabes. Well, from the first track here, he definitely proved me wrong! Some really nice writing, great pop metal tunes(I know, sounds like a weird combination, but for me it works). Polychords abound and rhythm changes but the stuff is accessible, smart, catchy. Plays well too. I wish he would put away his Holdsworth recordings but he blend some nice jazz stuff into the mix. As a player he is still developing, I know his best stuff is yet to come. If you enjoy Greg Howe, Richie Kotzen and Vinnie Moore, this guy writes better tunes than all of them put together! He can stand toe to toe with them as a player also. I recommend this disc to lovers of melodic instrumental rock/jazz fusion.

Great album, well produced.
Göran Edman sing so great as usual.
If you like this album, you must listen to Nikolo Kotzev Nostra Damus album.
Joey-Lynn Turner, Glenn Hughes and Göran Edman singer on the same album. Can it be better? No way!
