The cookbook is exactly what my sister, who went to Italy for cooking school, wanted. She is now sending me picture after picture of plates of food, cooks displaying plates and cauldrons, and enthusiasts enjoying the results.

Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
The title says it all. I couldn't imagine that I needed still one more book of Italian cookery. Being weak and unable to resist temptation, particularly temptation finished with a great marinara and a sprinkle of parmesan, I sprang for this book and it's a delight. I'm so glad I have it. Great recipes. Authentic. Tasty. Yummy. Challenging for the diet. What diet? If you want a really good book of Italian cooking, get this one. You will be pleased you did. The Saveur folks know what they are doing.
