Pacifeeder hands-free baby bottle promotes doctor recommended semi-upright feeding positions to help reduce ear infections. Our 2-way rotating strap helps Pacifeeder attach to any car seat, stroller, baby carrier, etc. Our SmartFlow system adjusts flow based on baby's needs and prevents nipple from leaking (no need for various flow nipples.) Only Pacifeeder's nipple stays full of liquid until the bottle is empty to reduce ingestion of air (reducing colic.) And, of course, we protect our liquid flow tube with our patented FlexGuard to prevent baby form disconnecting the system. Last but not least, using any standard nipple you can quickly convert Pacifeeder to a regular baby bottle.

This thing is not worth the money. Its a pain in the butt to clean. My son hated the nipple that came with it and there's no way to replace the nipple with a different kind. My cousin with twins recommended this when I had twins. I found another brand called Podee at Babys-R-Us. It was cheaper, easier to clean, and the nipple could be recplaced with other types. In the end, I stopped using them after a few feedings because they are not worth the trouble. I instead went for two boppy pillows and fed both babies at once.

I bought this for my twins and I have only used it once so far. One of my twins used it and the other wouldn't. It is a great design and works well. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow (I would have been lost with out them).

The cons:

-The tubing isn't dishwasher safe.

-The plastic the bottle is made of is lower quality then I was expecting for the price. I am used the the quality plastic of the Dr. Brown's bottles so perhaps this wouldn't be a big deal to others who use a different brand.

This was one of the best things I ever bought. We go out a lot, and it's great to attach on the high chairs, and the car seat (when babies are too young to hold a bottle well, and then when they're older and have a tendency of dropping them). Waitresses and other customers always commented on it as one of the coolest things they've ever seen. Some complain it's difficult, and the babies do need a little bit of time to get used to it, but especially when you're out of the house, at a restaurant, or in the stroller, and for travel, this thing is awesome! You must get this brand though, with the velcro strap so you can attach it to things. Very important.

And a tip- if you lose the tubing, just go to a pet store and get the tubing they use for the fish tank air hoses, it's the same size.
