bottle warped when steamed,

I was very excited when I purchased this because of the sheer number of medications my son is on. I got this home, washed all the parts and put it in the microwave in a steam bag to sterilize it. I was very disappointed to find that the bottle completely warped to the point that it is unusable. There is no mention on the packaging that this bottle is not steam safe. I sterilize all my baby's bottle parts using steam. Also, even though the packaging says dishwasher safe on the top rack, I don't think the bottle would survive the sanitize rinse that so many dishwashers are coming with nowadays. I've contacted the manufacturer about this and I will be returning the now damaged bottle. I never even got a chance to use the bottle.
