INTRODUCTION Beware you have just entered the twilight zone ! The outer limits of mans imagination. There is nothing wrong with your mind. Do not adjust your glasses. Everything that you previously believed you knew about conflicting deceptive goals of passionate extremist environmental conservationists, versus profit hungry habitat destroying real estate developers will be altered. Conservation environmentalists will scheme, what will be the highest maximum profitable return to the real estate development, by building huge real estate complexes right on the borders of doomed disappearing wildlife sanctuaries, protecting critical endangered species. Real estate developers will strategically plan what is the optimal solution to save the maximum number of wildlife species in their pristine habitats, and if the species disappeared, reintroduce it in sustainable populations, while recreating the habitat to what it once was.

For the Neanderthal, old school, so called leaders who are satisfied with their positions in life, receiving credit for past accomplishments, their high paying jobs waiting for retirement, blaming everyone but themselves for the worlds problems, who can not comprehend and adjust to the most simple advanced environmental conservation real estate development solutions, they will be doomed like the dodo bird, who just stood there and watched as the hungry sailors clubbed them to extinction.

I invite you to dream the impossible, of how on one side of a residence home could be a major metropolitan city, while in the backyard is a fantasy animal world that may have existed 10,000 years ago prior to mass extinction, the melting of the ice age, global flooding, and Noahs ark.

I have a very unusual plan, a utility patent pending, and a visionary dream developed over 20 years, that I wish to share with you for national and worldwide implementation. It is a vision of a wildlife world that existed hundreds or thousands of years ago, that could be recreated, transplanted, and protected with massive real estate development.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thought-provoking reading recommended to environmentalists, February 1, 2001
This review is from: Saving Endangered Species With Real Estate Development (Paperback)
Human expansion in the form of real estate development is threatening wild life ecology at home and around the world. In Saving Endangered Species With Real Estate Development, Joseph Woytowitz offers an innovative, original, yet very practical and effective solution to real estate development and the preservation of habitat. He gives a detailed description of the applications and benefits of building connecting condominiums and other buildings around a large property much like a giant cage wall enclosing a complete and self-sustaining biodiversity of wildlife ecosystems that would also give the building residents fantastic wildlife views, while making saving endangered species and habitats both possible and profitable. The residential walls facing the habitat could be shatterproof glass able to withstand pressures up to 40,000 pounds, and upper floors could be caged or open terraces giving residents superb views from their homes, restaurants, workplaces, or shopping malls. Humans would not have direct access to the habitat from their homes, instead they could travel along trails surrounded by cages, leading to various social centers throughout the habitat. Saving Endangered Species With Real Estate Development is novel, original, and thought-provoking reading recommended to environmentalists, developers, policy makers, and anyone concerned with today's rapidly diminishing and quality degraded wildlife habitats.
