A must-have for your Junior League cookbook collection. Both cookbook and party planner, Savor the Moment offers delicious menus as well as party theme sugesstions. Treat yourself to this one. If you're technologically saavy, pick up the CD ROM, too. You'll be able to print up your menus, and head to the store in a snap!

My mother-in-law bought me this book, and I absolutely love it. I display it on my kitchen counter, because the cover is so beautiful. I at first thought the recipes would be a little too much for me, but they're actually very easy to follow and are delicious! The butternut squash lasagne is to die for!

I am a collector of cookbooks and found Savor the Moment to be the best one I have. I must have over 500 books. The recipes are wonderful and the photo's are beautiful. I found this book easy to read and follow. The CD Rom version is beautiful as well.

I was wowed by this book. I would buy this book for the pictures alone. Great settings and presentation. However, the recipes are wonderful as well. I have made the frenched rack of lamb many times, cocobeer shrimp, and magnifico spaghetti among many others. This is my new favorite cookbook.

But the best part is that most of the recipes are easy and delicious. You can find recipes for that Sunday night family dinner, Wednesday night cocktail party or the weekend neighborhood block party.

I loved the photography and the sidebars which gave great tips on preparation and presentation. This would be a wonderful gift for friends and family.

A nice book but I would have liked it alot more if more of the
photos were of the actual recipes. Very few reflect recipes in book. I have not tried many recipes yet, this is my first impression. It just seems a little over-done and not as easy as
most cookbooks to sort through.

I bought the cd-ROM version and it works really well,simple,user friendly,with beautyful recipes well explained,stunning suggestions to make every occasion unforgettable and good pictures.Really worth having it in my home!An example I liked better, the suggested tea-party :really something different!

This book is fantastic!!! It is the first Junior League cookbook to come out on CD ROM and the first to win the prestigious James Beard Award for Entertaining and Special Occasions. It was a Benjamin Franklin Award finalist and an Independent Publisher Book Award finalist. It won second place in the cookbook category from Foreward Magazine and it received an Honorable Mention from the Independent Publisher Book Awards. You have to see it and read it to believe it!!!
