This is one of the best cookbooks I've ever used. So far, every recipe has been excellent, and it is interspersed with lots of text referencing aromatherapy and insights to healing. I love the layout and especially its inclusion of desserts with no refined sugar. It promotes a healthy lifestyle and diet and included many pieces of new information and new cooking ideas.

Very well written and researched.

I love, love, love this book! I wish it was avaible in an e-book format. The recipes are so delicious! The No Cook Oatmeal is so convenient and a great way to avoid sugar. The Bulgar with Asparagus & Green Beans is my very favorite. I like the Remedy Section where foods are suggested to treat ailments as well as other alternative methods: aromatherapy, herbal teas, etc. I originally bought it for the herbal tea and aromatherapy suggestions. But one day I tried a recipe and now I try to cook from this book as much as I can. I love how it makes one aware of eating according to the season as well as the time of day.
