Thought I was getting a recipe book, but the easel is not unwelcome and is a novel way to view recipes. Recipes are OK, nothing that gets me too excited. Must add that I haven't tried any yet, nor have I been enticed to try. I'm just a cookbook junkie so few cookbooks displease me and the price of this was reasonable.
