An excellent resource for beginners!!!!,
This review is from: The Savvy Businessperson's Guide To Property & Casualty Insurance: Applications and Practices (Paperback)
I found the book to be very helpful in understanding insurance coverges. It is a great source of information for a person seeking a career in insurance. The coverages in this book are explained to you where you can understand what the author is trying to explain to you. Usually insurance books lose the readers interest once it's starts explaining the coverages in legal terms and not in everyday language. I Keep the book in my desk as it is a great reference book. I recommend this book for anyone getting into the insurance business as well as a seasoned agent.

Excellent Reference for Business Owners.,
This review is from: The Savvy Businessperson's Guide To Property & Casualty Insurance: Applications and Practices (Paperback)
I found that this book provided numerous legal aspects of great importance to business owners or comptrollers. All forms of business property and casualty insurance are covered in an easy to understand format that one can use as a reference guide. I have found no other book that explains the complexities of this important business field. One can read the actual insurance manuals and bore yourself to death; Or you can use this book, as I do, to answer all of my/your questions on property and casualty insurance. Your comptroller should have this book on his shelf. It has aided my company immensley. Highly recommended.

Junk,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Savvy Businessperson's Guide To Property & Casualty Insurance: Applications and Practices (Paperback)
I don't even know why I bought this. I should've looked up the author before wasting $30. The book is massive and has no real structure and almost reads like it's a novel, except it's supposed to be used as a reference book.
Elaboration's pointless and at this point would be dishonest. I threw this junk out in the garbage last week. I'm actually embarrassed I bought this when I know self published books are usually garbage. It fills a niche, however, and common sense eluded me. |
