This bottle is Ubiquinone, the fully oxidized form of CoQ10. It is not the reduced (active) form, Ubiquinol. Jarrow does sell the better Ubiquinol, but it's about 3 times the price.I honestly couldn't tell you if this stuff does anything for me, but I find no reason to give it a poor rating. They are black pills to prevent light damage. I give -1 due to not making it clear that this was lesser form of CoQ10 in the product description. 2115|R2HDBZKNAVW9JN;
